4-Step Process

  1. Please print and complete an Application Form. If you’d like to pay the $50 application fee online, click here (*see note below). If you’d prefer to pay by check or money order, make it payable to Crossing Borders and mail it to: Crossing Borders, 218 Joan Lane, Longview, TX 75605.
  2. Please also complete one of our two Medical Forms and send it with your application
  3. After you’re accepted, please send us your Travel Plans**
  4. At least two weeks prior to the mission trip start date, pay the balance of your tuition either online or by check/money order.

*PayPal charges Crossing Borders a percentage to process each credit card transaction.  So that CB receives the full amount of your application & trip fees, please click on the ‘Add $______ to cover the fees’.  If you do not want to pay the increased amount, feel free to mail us a check or money order as described below.  Choosing to pay the transaction fee is optional for any other donations besides application and trip fees.
